Free Starter Credits

New accounts receive 500 complimentary credits upon sign-up. These free credits are separate from any purchased credits and are excluded from the 10% usage calculation — only credits from a paid purchase count toward the eligibility threshold.

Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase provided that:

You have used fewer than 10% of the purchased credits (free starter credits are not counted).
You have not violated our Terms of Service.
The refund request is your first within a 12-month period.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available if:

More than 10% of purchased credits have been used.
More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
The account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
The service was unavailable due to geographic restrictions or third-party AI provider limitations in your region.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email us at info@captiongeni.us with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

Your account email address
The date of your purchase
A brief reason for the refund

We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

Payment Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
